| Erika swallowed and opened the doors to the meeting room. It was a World Meeting, after all. And she was a country. At least my country is bigger than Sealand's.... She thought positively. Eri felt all eyes on her and she walked over to sit down in a seat. She silently waited for Switzerland to arrive.. | |

| The blond Norwegian soon found himself wandering down the hall, looking as though he had no real destination as he went about doing what ever he was doing, coming to a stop outside the door to the meeting room, looking up to the top of it's frame for a moment, only to push it open, pleased to see that a certain Dane wasn't among those that were there. | |

| Was this meeting even going to start? This was ridiculous, he'd rather be off obsequiously insulting people. Not that he was mean or anything. | |

| Gilbert walked in, holding two bottles of beer, "Alright! Let's get this party started!" | |

| Canada gave Prussia a look of mild confusion. "Hey Gil," he said quietly. | |

| Norway sat still as a stone, legs crossed, hands folded in his lap, a vacant stare at the wall as he just seemed to ignore the fact a rather annoying Prussian walked into the room with booze. Sure, he'd like to get drunk, but he'd save that for bars and around the house. Not at a meeting, that would be silly. | |

| China sighed. "Aiyaah! I thought we're all here to discuss things about the world! Not party!" He said, glancing at Prussia.

| "Since parties originated in me, I know that the one who starts the party has to supply EVERYONE with drinks, da-ze!" Korea spoke up from his position of suddenly right next to China, looking expectantly at Prussia. "...But I wouldn't mind getting brother a drink..." | |

| Ukraine attempted to enter the meeting quietly, entirely aware she was extremely late. Her cheeks warmed with shame. Usually she was perfectly punctual, but the morning had been rough. First her alarm never went off, then the hotel water wouldn't turn on (she ended up using Natalia's shower), and finally her blouse had broken for what must have been the billionth time. Five sewing needles and forty-five minutes later, she made it to the conference room, breathing heavily from her run to aforementioned room.
She took a seat near her brother, shyly glancing across the way at Matthew, personification of the Dominion of Canada. Her heart gave a small squeeze and she turned her gaze elsewhere, noting her sister's presence. She smiled at the Belarussian and mouthed a thank you in her native tongue before relaxing and withdrawing her notes for the meeting.

| Natalia had been sitting still and silently, quite near comatose. The fact she had attracted Ukraine's attention at all was in itself actually rather shocking, seeing as she had devoted herself entirely to pondering the capabilities of a remote-controlled toaster. Of course, seeing as most electricity imports to her nation had come to a standstill, toast-toasting contraptions would be more or less useless, unless they could run on open fires.
Regardless, caught her sister's eye she had, and now she was faced with the dilemma of how to respond. She could just raise the upper hand of her crossed arms and look vaguely in her direction, give a halfhearted sort of salute (though Ukraine's war history failed to impress her enough to invoke such a gesture), perhaps merely tilt her head as she usually did. In resolution, she did none of these things, deciding instead to simply blink and mouth a 'добро пожаловать' to her.
Belarus twisted her ring through her near-omnipresent gloves. It was a horrible gift, really, you don't give someone like her a ring anonymously and then expect all smiles when it turns out to be from someone completely different. Were it anyone else, the giver might've gotten acquainted with Mr. Chloroform and Mr. Knife, but out of fondness of her sister, she moved it from her ring finger on her right hand to the index of her left.
Puffing up her cheeks just the slightest at the memory, Natalia redirected her focus toward Prussia. She wasn't exactly sure why he was there--even his ex-capital was renamed, why on earth was he so much as alive?--and she actually rather liked the idea of kneeing him between the legs to the point that his unborn children may dribble out his nose, but watching him make a fool of himself was a much more attractive option than developing a blush.
It was virtually solely linked to the rarity of blushing that she disliked it so much. Typically in those her age blushing goes more along the lines of 'tee-hee, you look so cute, giggle giggle laugh laugh', though on that same thought, those her age usually don't have doting older sisters and brother husbands-to-be, nor are many technically not nineteen at all. It wasn't long, however, until she regained her signature adamantly neutral expression, with just the slightest of scowls (easily put to shame by England's own general expression).
ooc|| 'добро пожаловать'=welcome back

| Canada sighed and gave Ukraine a small smile, blushing at how cute she looked, despite she looked like she did every meeting. He waved at her and decided to ignore Korea's comment about parties originating in him. He wasn't quite sure what to do, so he just settled with messing with Mr. Kumachiko's fur, he made Kumajichi also wave at Ukraine, although it was more of a paw flop that resulted in him almost getting smacked in the face. | |

| Yekaterina smiled in response to her sister's kind words, feeling a slight warmth in her chest that always bubbled up around her family. Her gaze swept once more around the room, until it fell upon Matthew.
The Canadian waved at her, smiling handsomely. Then he made his adorable little fluff ball of a Polar Bear wave as well, making the Ukrainian woman giggle. She blushed lightly, as was to be expected when Matthew's attention was focused on her. She giggled more when the Canadian nearly hit himself with the paw, raising a hand to cover her mouth in hopes of remaining quiet.

| See now, Argentina would be at the meeting as well--probably, considering he didn't have better things to do then dabble with icky things like work that went on for longer then an hour without a break.
....Which he did have right now, apparently, considering the fact that he had found himself a hallway to croon at his reflection in a mirror. Much much better way to spend his absolutely precious time, in his opinion.

| France looked away from England with a huff, hoping that his acting would hide their obvious relationship. He turned to Germany and grinned. "So~! What 'ave we gazered to discuss, my potato loving friend~?"((POTATOES! POTATOES EVERYWHERE!)) | |

| England attempted, and failed, at sending a glare towards France. "D-Don't you go a-and start calling people by y-your stupid nicknames! C-Call them by t-their actual names, o-or whatever it is t-they want you to call them!" What he said was more of a splutter of twisted words said too fast. Arthur began to mindlessly bite his bottom lip, hoping with dear hope that no one notices he curious behaviour.
((=o okai I think this is the one time I actually started with 'England' x.x I can't really remember . . . anyways~ I don't like potatoes unless their made a certain way =/ whattabout you?))

| Erika sat silently, waiting for something, anything to happen. She watched as England yelled at France in an odd way. She then kept her eyes towards the door, trying to find her older brother. Liechtenstein wondered when Mr. Hero was going to start the meeting with his loud "hero voice". | |

| Feliciana waltzed down the corridor leading to the meeting room, not even caring that she was late, and paused to slap Argentina upside the head. "Leave Peru alone." Continuing to walk over to her seat sandwiched between Germany and Feliciano, she sung her bag over her shoulder and continueing to chew her pasta flavored gum. "Vee~ Ciao everyone!" She announced to the room in general. Feliciana plopped down into her chair and immediatly pulled out the iPod Alfred had gotten her for Christmas last year and her awesome rasta headphones that Prussia had gave her for her birthday, and started to listen to the AWESOMEST band ever. *cough*Paramore*cough* | |
