Personality:Norway is reclusive and cold, he hates meeting new people, and will avoid them no matter what it takes, even if it means climbing around behind people he knows already. He doesn't think of many people as friends and tends to stick with his fairies and trolls for conversation of more than one word responses and grunts. He conceals a sweet side with a blank face and blunt remarks, most often his is thought of as being somewhat mean or even cold... Deep down he's gentle, but awkward when it comes down to self expression.

Personality: Loud and dramatic to the point of being obnoxious sometimes. He's a sweet guy, and has a 'till death do us part' sort of attitude towards family and friends--but mostly family. However, due to how damn whiny and/or boastful he can get it only truly comes out in dire circumstances, or else he tends to be seen as simply clingy.

Personality: Erika is easily distracted by anything cute, and she admires her "older brother", Switzerland very much. She is usually happy and has a smile on her face most of the time. Liechtenstein is very nice and considerate.
Explain what makes you qualified and yourself!: I am an excellent roleplayer and I have great grammar and spelling. I think I'll do very well at roleplaying Lie! (Plus I can spell Liechtenstein with out a problem xD)

Personality: Jia Long is a quiet guy who likes to keep to himself. He prefers to listen rather than to speak most of the time; he’s not much of a conversationalist. To people who annoy him (and to England~), he’ll throw firecrackers at them, or set them off when they least expect it. He likes kung fu and Jackie Chan, has a slight interest in fashion, and totally has no fear of the dark, hahaha…

Personality: Though Prue isn't actually a country (But she believes she is) She works hard to get the other Countries to acknowledge her. Prue resents her older brother, England, and she doesn't like him at all. Prue is sweet and nice when she wants to be. She often sneaks into World Meetings.
Appearance: Prue has medium length light blonde hair and crystalline blue eyes. She wears a blue and white sailor's dress and a blue and white hat on her head.
Her skin is light and she weighs very light. She likes to wear her hair in pigtails.
History (to see how you translate the country's actual history into your character's background): Sealand was a fort built by England in the war. After the war, however, Sealand was ignored. This action made Prue hate her older brother. Sealand declared herself an independent nation.

Age: About 4000 or 5000 years of age.
Personality: An ancient nation, apparently the oldest, he often tries to act like a big brother to the other Asian nations, but isn't treated like one. China has a love for cute things, Shinatty-Chan, and pandas - which he is seen carrying around with him often. China is also artistic, a bit gullible, and his personality can be compared to America because he likes to be in charge and have what he wants.

Land has been stolen, I've been captured atleast twice, and my economy isn't looking the best right now. I can just smile through it so it's ok! Oh, and a word of advice: I may seem shy and timid, but don't make me mad because I have a lot of brute force and strength.
Explain what makes you qualified and yourself!: Uh... I'm a naturally shy person though I can be very mean if I have to be... So I guess that makes me kind of like Finland.

Personality (mostly to see your characterization):Taiwan is described as a strong-willed, fashionable young woman, but she is also said to have become more of a nervous type in recent times, unable to stop worrying.
Though she had only few appearances in the actual manga, she was depicted in various sketches and appeared in the profile section of Hetalia: Axis Powers volume 2. Her role in the drama track for the eighth Hetalia character CD predates any manga or anime appearance (as with Hong Kong, who appeared in Hetalia Fantasia). There, she's portrayed as a rather smart-mouthed girl with a somewhat quick temper and a cheerful disposition.

Explain what makes you qualified and yourself!:Well, um, I think Taiwan has kinda the same personality as me (I'm also a huge worrier...(is that even a word..?)) I've been rping for about a year now and I guess I'm pretty good at it and I'm pretty active. And uh...I want to rp Taiwan cuz she isn't taken? Well yeh, that's about it.

Sometimes the worrying will even send her into small internal panic attacks, causing her to tear up. However, she’ll eventually talk herself down from the metaphorical tree into which she had internally climbed.

Explain what makes you qualified and yourself!: Well, I'm also RPing Spain but I just really like Ukraine. She's a bit of a spirit animal for me and just a total sweetheart. Other than that read over my Spain app for qualifications, I suppose.

Age: 27
Personality: A Scotsman who has a large sweet tooth for pastries. He also has a sharp sense of smell as an effect from hunting. He changes moods rather quickly, and he can be violent at times but mostly towards his youngest brother, England. He can intake large amounts of alcohol but when he does go over his limit he's either a happy drunk or Angry drunk since I’m sure you'd want to know. He also believes in mystical creatures like Nessie since he's obviously real. He’s the nicest around his family excluding England and loves to mess with everyone especially people he doesn’t particularly like.
Appearance: He has dark forest green eyes, with red short hair that appears rough at first glance but is actually soft. He also has a metal earring on one of his ears, Scotland almost always has a Cigar in his mouth. His uniform is navy blue with two white straps around his shirt that forms a cross and resembles his flag.
History (to see how you translate the country's actual history into your character's background): Scotland has four brothers, the oldest being him then Ireland, North Ireland, Wales, and finally England. When they were all young he took care of them as the older sibling, even England, at that time he didn’t hate him as much. After awhile when England grew and finally became strong and powerful he took something very important from the Scotsman, his culture. Sure it doesn’t sound like much but think about it. For example, it’s like taking America’s language, hamburgers, flag, and national anthem away. So you can kind of see how big a deal it was for Scotland or any nation who got it’s culture taken away. Of course the Scottish man didn’t let him take his culture with out a fight, but in the end it was useless and Scotland was tortured for rebelling. Whoever in Scotland tried to resist the changes were killed without hesitation. And that’s what made Scotland start to hate his younger brother. Besides that, Scotland has a very good relationship with his Family. One of his close friends is France after the Auld Alliance, The only people he dislikes is England and America or anyone that touches his family or said the wrong thing infront of him, he does have a scottish temper afterall. He might dislike England but he still cares about him somewhat, of course he’s never admit that though. And he just thinks America is an annoying idiot.
